Privacy

Story Gym is a practice app from Duets Learning. This page explains what the app keeps and why. Last updated September 2026.

No accounts

You do not sign in and you are not asked for a name to practice. You can use every activity without telling us who you are.

Your progress stays on your device

Your practice progress, your points, your badges, and any stories you write yourself are saved in your own browser storage on the device you are using. They are not sent to us and we cannot read them.

Clearing your browser data, or using the reset options inside the app, removes them for good. Using a different browser or device starts fresh.

Anonymous activity counts

When an activity is started or finished, the app records a count so we can see how much the app is being used overall. Each browser is given a random identifier for this. It is not linked to your name, your email, or anything you type, and it is not used to build a profile of you.

The contact form

If you send a message through the contact box, we receive the name, email address, and comment you choose to enter, plus the time you sent it. We use that only to read and reply to your message. Those messages are not public and are not sold or shared for advertising.

The form includes basic checks to block automated spam, including a scrambled one-way value derived from the network address of the sender, which we cannot turn back into an address.

Other sites

The footer links to other Story Toolkit apps, to social sharing pages, and to a feedback form. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy practices apply.

Questions or removal

If you want the message you sent us deleted, or you have a question about anything here, use the contact box in the corner of the app and say so. We will take care of it.
